This website is operated by Northern Rivers Rainwater Tanks Pty Ltd. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We aim to keep product descriptions, measurements, colours, availability and pricing accurate. Tank colours displayed on a screen may vary slightly from the finished product.

Customers must confirm that the selected tank, fittings, dimensions and colour are suitable before ordering. Many tanks are manufactured to order.

2. ORDERS

You must provide accurate contact, delivery and access information when ordering. We may contact you to confirm product specifications, colour, fittings, delivery access or other order details before manufacture or delivery.

If we cannot supply an ordered product, we will contact you and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices and applicable delivery charges are displayed or confirmed before an order is finalised. Payments are processed using the payment methods available at checkout.

If an obvious pricing or product-information error is identified before fulfilment, we will contact you and offer the choice of proceeding with the corrected information or receiving a refund.

4. DELIVERY

Delivery is governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Free delivery applies only to eligible products and delivery zones and is subject to safe truck access. Customers must disclose access restrictions and provide the required unloading assistance.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by manufacturing, weather, transport conditions and property access.

5. SITE PREPARATION AND INSTALLATION

The customer is responsible for preparing a suitable flat, level and fully supported tank base before delivery.

Customers must follow the applicable manufacturer’s delivery, installation and warranty instructions. Plumbing and installation services are not included unless separately arranged and quoted.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible standard products may be returned for change of mind within 30 days of delivery, subject to that policy. Custom colours, special orders, modified products and installed, used or filled tanks are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

These conditions do not restrict rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.

7. WARRANTIES AND AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Our products may include manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties are additional to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery or service providers. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for content or services operated independently by third parties.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, branding, graphics and original content owned by Northern Rivers Rainwater Tanks Pty Ltd must not be reproduced or commercially used without written permission.

Manufacturer names, trademarks, images and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

11. LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, unsuitable or unsafe property access, incorrect site preparation, unauthorised installation or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

This clause does not limit liability or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our products, services or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this website with its effective date.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
